Terms of use
Last updated: November 6, 2026
By buying or using Replenish My Darn'd PC, you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy.
What you're buying
A digital, step-by-step guide to fixing common Windows 10 and Windows 11 problems, viewed in a web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. It is not for Mac or Chromebook computers.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal license to use the guide for:
- your own PCs and the PCs of people in your household, or
- the PCs in one small business, up to 10 PCs at one location.
Please don't share your link
Your access link is for you. Don't post it, sell it, or share it outside your household or business. We may change the link from time to time, for example if we see it shared publicly. Paying customers can always find the latest link in their purchase receipt or store library.
Access and updates
You get access to the guide for as long as we offer it, including free updates to the products you bought.
If we ever stop offering the guide, we'll give at least 60 days' notice by email, offer you a downloadable PDF copy to keep, and refund anyone who bought within the 30 days before the notice. If the guide is ever sold to a new owner, your access carries over.
Use at your own risk
The guide uses Windows' own built-in tools and Microsoft's published steps, and it tells you when a step is risky. Still, every PC is different. Back up your important files before making changes.
We aren't responsible for data loss, damage, or costs that happen while you follow the guide. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the guide.
Not professional support
The guide is self-help. It isn't a replacement for a repair shop, your PC maker, or your IT provider. Some problems, like failing hardware, need a professional, and the guide tells you when.
Our safety promise
We will never ask you to install remote-access software, give us your passwords, or call a phone number. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be from us and asks for these is not us.
Trademarks
Windows, Microsoft and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Replenish My Darn'd PC is an independent guide and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to purchases made before them.
