Privacy policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your information.
What we collect, and why
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | When you sign up for the free chapter, buy the guide, or email us | To send what you asked for, your purchase details, guide updates, and occasional PC tips |
| Purchase details (product, date, price) | When you buy | To give you access, handle refunds, and keep tax records |
| What you write to us | When you email support | To answer you and improve the guide |
| Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) | When you visit the site | Kept briefly by our web host to run and protect the site |
We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our online store.
What stays on your device
The guide remembers your progress, like which fixes you've ticked off, in your own browser's storage. It stays on your phone or tablet and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who helps us run the site
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Our online store, which takes payments, delivers the guide and handles refunds.
- Our email service, which sends the free chapter, receipts and tips.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and forwards email sent to our support address.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the site's fonts. Your browser contacts Google to load them.
Emails from us
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't affect your access to anything you bought. We'll still send important messages about your purchase, such as access changes.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and refund records for as long as the law requires for taxes, usually several years. We delete free-chapter signups when you unsubscribe or ask us to.
Your choices
Email support@replenishmydarndpc.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Children
The guide isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll email customers.
